Several problems experienced in the old system have now been successfully resolved, including the signal. “In the beginning, Runner relied heavily on signals on consumers' smartphones and laptops. Along with development, Runner 3 includes the network needed to make it even easier for consumers," said Vice and Sales Marketing Director of PT Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors, Aji Jaya in Jakarta, quoted on Tuesday 7 March 2023.
KTB Marketing Director, Duljatmono said that the signal problem did not only depend on the Runner system, but also the available network from the cellular operator.
"In several remote areas and remote locations, the signal factor is still a problem. We are working with supports, including Telkom to improve the network," he said. KTB General Manager of Sales Unit, Takumi Itaya revealed that Mitsubishi Fuso truck owners don't need to worry if the vehicle is in a location where there is no signal.
